Beginning October 1, 2026, changes will take effect regarding the delivery of WebCheck background check results and NOCAC’s WebCheck fees.
Receiving Background Check Results
Customers must select ONE method for delivery of background check results:
- Mail, OR
Both cannot be provided.
If email is selected, the email address must belong only to the intended recipient of the background check results.
Businesses and organizations: If you regularly send employees or applicants to NOCAC for fingerprinting and receive their results, we encourage you to establish a dedicated/shared organizational email address for background check results. This helps maintain appropriate access to results and avoids delays when individual staff members are unavailable.

The FBI-related fee changes reflect increased charges being assessed to NOCAC by the State.
