Creative Curriculum Fidelity Tool

POLICY:

The NOCAC ECE Classroom coach and Mentor (CCM) will complete a Creative Curriculum Fidelity Tool on each classroom throughout the school year.

PROCEDURES:

1. The teaching staff will complete a Creative Curriculum Fidelity Screener at the beginning of the school year before classes begin to help set up classrooms.
2. The Classroom Coach & Mentor will then receive the screeners and support individual teachers to ensure each component of the Fidelity tool is met on site at time of observation.
   1. The CCM will provide additional support and resources to classroom staff as needed.
3. The CCM will complete the full Creative Curriculum Fidelity Tool between October-December of each school year.
   1. Feedback will be given to each classroom and follow-up support will be provided as necessary.
