Fees for Head Start Eligible Children

POLICY:

NOCAC Child Development does not charge Head Start eligible families a fee to participate in the program, including special events such as field trips and does not in any way place a condition on an eligible participant’s enrollment or participation in the program upon the payment of a fee.

PROCEDURES:

1. The NOCAC Child Development program will not charge fees for participation in the program.
2. Under no circumstances will NOCAC Child Development solicit, encourage, or in any other way place conditions on a participant’s enrollment or participation in the program upon a payment of a fee.
3. NOCAC Child Development will not establish a fee schedule or otherwise provide for the charging of fees for participation in the program.
