The NOCAC Child Development program is now accepting applications for the 2022 – 2023 Head Start home-based and preschool programs.
Head Start is a FREE comprehensive program that helps pregnant women, and children aged newborn to 5, from low-income families. Our program provides education, health, social and other services to income eligible persons in Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding and Williams counties.
