POLICY:
Transition Services for Children With an IFSP-Subpart G 1302.70(e)
PROCEDURES:
The Disabilities/Intervention Specialist and Home Visitors will:
- Attend all IFSP transition to IEP meetings scheduled by the LEA to support the child and family as they transition to a new setting.
- Share with families A Guide to Parent Rights in Special Education.
