ECE Program

The Early Childhood Education (ECE) program is an Ohio Department of Education funded school readiness program for 4 year olds, offered through a few public school districts in northwest Ohio. The ECE classrooms follow the Head Start program model. Eligibility is based on family residency within the participating school district. Dependent on family income, a fee may apply.

The ECE program offers support services and a chance to be involved in activities to help your whole family while preparing your child for Kindergarten. Referral to adult continuing education, GED classes and other needed services in your area are also available.
